②  Stock of properties

This is the status of our property management stock and major properties entrusted.

The Property Management business, mainly operated by Tokyu Community Corporation, is characterized by its knowhow in the management of a wide range of assets in addition to condominiums and office buildings.
HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE, which is scheduled to open in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and the Yoyogi park Park-PFI Project (tentative name), where services and operations are scheduled to start in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, are case examples of properties entrusted.

Leveraging the knowhow, we will continue to expand our management stock and stable earnings.
