On capital allocation.
With a D/E ratio of 2.2 at the end of FY2025 as a precondition, we are planning net investments at 570 billion yen.
Our plan is for gross investments at 2.2 trillion yen. Out of that amount, we’re planning to inject two trillion into the Urban development and the Strategic investment segment and will proceed in investing on expectations for returns as you see in the chart. Furthermore, the investment amounts are cumulative totals for FY2021 through 2025.
