Next, I would like to explain the strengthening of our management base, the foundation of our business.
In our Financial Capital Strategy, we will deploy measures aimed at realizing profit growth with a sense of efficiency. As I explained at the beginning of my presentation, we will also continue to work on our business portfolio management.
As for Human Capital and our Organizational Climate, in addition to building an organization where diverse human capital can flourish and improving job satisfaction and workstyles, we will also make efforts to consider human rights in our supply chains.
For governance, we will aim to build a governance structure that is fair and highly transparent by reviewing our board member compensation system and bolstering the independence of our nomination and compensation committee.
