DX Case Study

Here, we will introduce specific case examples of DX.
We already have multiple initiatives underway in the area of business processes.

Our first example is the introduction of AI assessment in real-estate agent operations.
With “condominium price assessment AI,” we successfully developed AI with error rates kept at a low level by utilizing actual appraisal data and data science.

Tokyu Livable, Inc. undertakes 30,000 condominium appraisals per annum in the metropolitan area. We anticipate on being able to reduce the number of hours involved in that process by approx. 15,000 hours with the use of the aforementioned AI.
Our policy will be to apply the time saved to the deepening and expansion of customer contact points, which are tasks that only humans can perform, and endeavoring to maximize human resources in the process.
Moreover, in the future, we will also look into providing this system externally.

Please let me introduce our WEBGYM services in the Wellness business.
Due to a growing need for exercise in times of COVID-19, the number of downloads of WEBGYM app doubled before the outbreak of COVID-19.
Additionally, in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, we started a field trial of "online club activity support service" providing online guidance to junior high school and high school athletic teams.
We will make endeavors to enhance our online fitness and home fitness business in line with new lifestyles, expand our B2B and B2G businesses, and enrich our services in support of our customers' physical and mental health.
