Since becoming a holdings group in 2013, the Group has pursued initiatives for realizing the sustained growth of the Group alongside greater society.
Examples of the high external appraisals that we have received for these initiatives are Tokyu Fudosan Holdings being selected as a major stock employed by GPIF and incorporated into the Dow Jones and other primary ESG indices.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, the Company was selected for CDP’s A List, the highest recognition by that organization, for its climate change measures for the first time.
We will continue to pursue initiatives aimed at sustainable growth across the entire Group.
