Balance sheet overview.
Total assets at the end of March 2021 were JPY2,652.3 billion, an increase of JPY164.9 billion from the end of the previous fiscal year. Fixed assets increased due to the completion of TOKYO PORTCITY TAKESHIBA and other factors.
Interest-bearing debt was JPY1,478.8 billion, an increase of JPY117.7 billion from the end of the previous fiscal year, but this was due to investments in large contracts and was generally in line with the plan.
