I would like to explain the forecast for the real estate agents segment for FY2021 ending March 31, 2022.
Operating revenue of JPY225 billion and operating profit of JPY21.5 billion are planned, with increased in revenue and profit compared to the previous year.
As for real estate sales agent, both retail and wholesale brokerage have recovered to pre-COVID-19 levels, and we plan to increase revenue and profit.
