I'll now brief you on the current development status of new facilities in the Resorts segment.
In March 2010, we opened Arima rokusai which has a higher-grade type VIALA of the Harvest Club built alongside. Sales were initially low due to the negative effects of the economic downturn but, luckily, at the time of opening Arima rokusai about 40% of the Harvest Club had already been contracted for sale. Sales of VIALA Hakone Hisui also accelerated after summer 2009, and it was sold out as of March 2010.
The number of Sports Oasis fitness clubs is steadily increasing by several a year, and in late-November 2009, its Totsuka branch was opened on the premises of Saclass Totsuka, which we previously explained in the Leasing of Real Estate segment.
We currently have eight senior housing establishments along Tokyu train lines including the Takaido location.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, Grancreer Seijo is scheduled to open around summertime.
