Let's move on to look at performance by segment.
Compared to the previous fiscal year, both operating revenue and income increased in the Leasing of Real Estate and Property Management segments, and income increased despite decreased revenues in the Contracted Construction, Resorts and Real Estate Agents and Other Business segments. In the Real Estate Sales and Retail Sales segments, both operating revenue and income declined year on year.
In the following slides, we will explain specific the performance of each segment.
