(4) Major projects in the Greater Shibuya area

This is a map of the Greater Shibuya area, the priority area of the Group, which includes office buildings and commercial facilities projects.

In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, Shibuya Solasta and Shibuya Fukuras opened. The fiscal year was a milestone year for the Group.

In the fiscal year, the Group took a step toward the next stage. In October 2019, the construction of new buildings started in the Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan. In January 2020, the conversion plan of rights for the Jingumae 6-chome Block Urban Redevelopment Project (tentative name) was approved.
