I will now describe our new projects.
In the fiscal year ended March 2020, Shibuya Solasta, Shibuya Fukuras, Jimbocho North Tokyu Building and some others commenced operation.
In the fiscal year ending March 2021, Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba is scheduled to commence operation.
Following those projects, major projects are planned to be completed in or outside the Greater Shibuya area. Jingumae 6-chome Block Urban Redevelopment Project (tentative name) and Kudanminami 1-chome Project (tentative name) are in progress.
