Let me now introduce you to the properties we are developing.
In fiscal 2013, as a result of the sale of Times Square Building (the part of the building equivalent to land leasehold rights), the replenishment of the portfolio progressed.
We acquired DECKS Tokyo Beach (Minato-ku), a commercial facility, in September, and Minami-Aoyama Leica Building (Minato-ku) and La Porte Shinsaibashi (Osaka City), commercial facilities, and Ebisu Prime Square (Shibuya-ku), a complex building with offices, commercial facilities and other functions, in December.
All the buildings have commenced steady operations with high occupancy rates.
Moreover, in fiscal 2014, we acquired the portion of equity interest in Shiodome Building (Minato-ku) and Nikko Shibuya Nanpeidai Building (Shibuya-ku) in April.
All these buildings are office buildings located in the area where the Company has strong foundations, and they have commenced steady operations.
Going forward, we anticipate the opening of Market Square Sagamihara in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture in July, the Omotesando Project (tentative name), a property located close to Omotesando Crossing, in January 2015, and the Jinguumae 6-chome Project (tentative name), a property located close to Jinguumae Crossing, in the spring of 2015.
All these properties are the Company's development projects, and their development programs are progressing steadily toward the commencement of their operations.
