New projects

Let me now introduce you to the properties we are developing.

In fiscal 2012, Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku opened in April, Spline Aoyama Tokyu Building opened in Gaienmae (Minato-ku, Tokyo) in July, and Shin-Meguro Tokyu Building located near Meguro Station opened in December. These are office buildings that the Company developed and they are operating steadily at their full capacity.

We also acquired J-CORE Omori, a commercial facility located near Omori Station, in December, and Osaka Nakanoshima Building, an office building located near Yodoyabashi Station in Osaka, in January, and Kamata Kosan Building, a commercial facility located in Shibuya, in February. The Company has started to steadily operate these facilities.

Moreover, our future commercial facilities development projects include the Morinomiya Project (tentative name), a facility that is located at the site of the former Nippon Life Insurance Baseball Stadium in Osaka, and the Jingumae 6-chome Project (tentative name), a facility located near the Jingumae intersection; both buildings are expected to open in fiscal 2014. In addition, under the Kawasaki Minatocyo Project (tentative name) that is expected to open in fiscal 2015, we plan to carry out project management and master lease at the commercial facility that is expected to be constructed at the site of the former Kawasaki Keiba race course stands by YOMIURI LAND CO., LTD.
