I would like to move on to describe our segment performance.
Both revenues and income increased in four segments: Contracted Construction, Property Management, Facility Operations and Real Estate Agents.
Revenues increased, but income declined in two segments of Real Estate Sales and Leasing of Real Estate, while both revenues and income decreased in Retail Sales.
I will explain the performance of each segment in more detail later.
