I will now provide an overview of our segment performance forecast.
We expect that five segments, namely Real Estate Sales, Contracted Construction, Retail Sales, Property Management and Real Estate Agents, will record higher revenues and income, while the Facility Operations segment will post higher revenues and lower income. The Leasing of Real Estate segment is expected to record lower revenues and income.
I will be explaining our performance by segment in detail shortly.
