This is an initiative to enhance the attractiveness of the Greater Shibuya Area.
The "creation" of new experiences and businesses through the development of experiential content and startup co-creation, "dissemination" that generates empathy from around the world through urban mediatization and digital twinning, "accumulation" of diverse people and businesses through partnerships and alliances, as well as area management and the establishment of digital infrastructure, are all part of the effort to enhance the added value of the Greater Shibuya Area.
