The following is an explanation of our major projects, including office and retail facilities.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, Forestgate Daikanyama (Daikanyamacho Project) opened in October, COCONO SUSUKINO (Sapporo Susukino Station Complex Development Project) opened at the end of November, and "Shibuya Sakura Stage" (Shibuya Station Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Project) will open sequentially from December.
