This is the status of our overseas businesses.
On this map, our projects currently in progress in the U.S. have been plotted. There are 23 in total with these largely centered on rental housing under our value-adding business.
425 Park Avenue, our office building redevelopment project in New York, was completed in January 2021, and efforts are being made to promote its leasing.
