Here is an analysis of year-on-year changes in operating profit by segment in our business performance forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
While Urban Development will see a decline in profit, due largely to the further recovery of Wellness and an increase in profit in Real-Estate Agents, we are targeting an increase in profit of 1.6 billion yen year on year overall.
