We will now explain movements in gains on sales and our pipeline.
Over time, the Group has promoted the expansion of involved assets.
In our Urban Development and Strategic Investment business segments, we hold approx. 680.0 billion yen in land and buildings for sales as of September 30, 2022.
In our asset utilizing business, we aim to increase the balance of assets in land and buildings for sale at the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 by 20% compared to the end of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
Going forward, we will pursue the generation of profit through efficient asset turnover based on the sale of assets and the reinvestment of the returns.
