④ Logistics facilities business

This is the status of our logistics business.

As of September 30, 2022, we are engaged in a total of 18 projects: 5 properties in operation and 13 properties under development. Our investment balance is 70.0 billion yen and the total floor space of all properties following completion will be 1,314,000 m2.

The lower section to the right contains an introduction of “LOGI’Q Minami Ibaraki,” a flagship project of ours with a total floor space of 162,000m2.
Through means such as offering the “Worker’s Garden,” which features zones that will eventually accommodate refrigerated and frozen warehousing in accordance with tenant needs, low floor zones and even higher-quality common areas and also contains a rich breadth of content that enhances work, study and play, including courtesy information for facilities related to the Group, we will do our part to secure tenant employment and mitigate initial investment through soft infrastructure as well.
