Now, we will introduce “Kudan-Kaikan Terrace,” which was completed in July.
For this property, we built the former Kudan-Kaikan, a registered tangible cultural property, while preserving a part of it.
Based on the concept of “a retro-modern property that blossoms at the waterside,” this facility represents a fusion of the new and old in the form of preserved areas where we retained and restored historical structures combined with a newly-built area to serve as a state-of-the-art office seventeen floors above ground that incorporated the use of IoT and overlooks the Imperial Palace moat.
Additionally, where soft infrastructure is concerned, this property fully reflects what defines us with how it accommodates increasingly diverse office needs. Examples of this are the workplace cafeteria and clinic mall that help office tenants with their health and productivity management and common areas that serve as sites of exchange with the surrounding community.
