FY2021 Earnings Forecasts Analysis of segment performance

This is a map of our major projects in the “Greater Shibuya area,” which constitutes the key area of the Group.

For new properties, the Group with Tokyu Land Corporation at its center was settled on as the scheduled developer for a park-PFI project in Yoyogi Park. The park is located between Shibuya and Harajuku. Through linkage with the Group’s facilities in the greater Shibuya Area, many of which dot the area nearby the park, we will aim to increase the flow of people and improve the flow of foot there.

We also have multiple projects underway for our future lineup as well.
