FY2021 Q2 (First Six Months) Analysis of segment performance

We will now explain our major projects, including those for office buildings and commercial facilities.

While we have no plans for the completion of large-scale projects during the current fiscal year, we have multiple development projects in progress both within and outside the Greater Shibuya area. These include the “(tentative name) Kudanminami 1-chome Project” to be competed in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and the “Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan” to be competed in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.

For the “(tentative name) Kudan Minami 1-Chome Project”, preservation and restoration work on the building for preservation (former Kudan Kaikan portion) was completed in December 2021.
