We will now explain movements in gains on sales and our pipeline.
Over time, the Group has promoted the expansion of involved assets using a cyclical reinvestment model.
In the Urban Development business segment and the Strategic Investment business segment, we hold approx. 630 billion yen in land and buildings for sales as of September 30, 2021, an increase of approx. 40.0 billion yen from the end of the previous fiscal year.
While we need to keep our sites on the transaction market, we will continue to pursue efficient asset turnover through sales of those assets and reinvestments of funds gained through capital recovery as we move forward.
