The Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba Office Tower is a next-generation office building that collects real-time data on the flows of people, traffic and store congestion information, and visualizes and optimizes them for each of the office building's stakeholders (office workers, store tenants, visitors, building property managers, etc.), providing value through data.
We plan to actively use the knowledge we develop through the operation of this smart building for future development projects.
