Let me explain the major projects of the Urban Development segment.
In this fiscal year, the Company Group's largest office, Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba, was completed and opened.
In the future, several major projects, such as the Jingumae 6-chome District Urban Area Redevelopment Project and the Kudan Minami 1-chome Project (tentative name), are in progress both inside and outside of the Greater Shibuya area.
