I will explain the major projects of the Urban Development segment.
In the second quarter, Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba, the Group’s largest office building, was completed and opened.
With regard to the Greater Shibuya area, Dogenzaka 1-chome project (tentative name), a project progressing at a site adjacent to Shibuya Solasta, the Group’s base, was announced.
This property is small, but it is a hybrid (steel/wooden) structured office building. The property was adopted as a Leading Project Including Sustainable Architectural Structure for FY2020 (wood leading-type), sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
