Let me describe major condominiums that will be delivered in the fiscal year ending March 2012.
Exlus Tower Musashi-Kosugi, presented in the middle, is a condominium tower attached to Musashikosugi Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. Sales of units in the tower have been steady, despite the fact that they commenced after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
In the near future, we plan to start selling units in WATERRAS TOWER RESIDENCE, the tallest condominium building in Chiyoda-ku, and CROSS AIR TOWER, a project to redevelop the largest condominium by number of units in Meguro-ku. |
