I will now give an update on the main projects of the Wellness segment.
The upper area describes events in the hotel business.
Tokyu Stay, which focuses on providing rooms, opened three new hotels in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 and plans to open two new hotels in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021.
We are planning a Kyoto Kagami-ishi Hotel Project (tentative name), the first property of LXR Hotels & Resorts, Hilton’s luxury hotel brand, in Asia, at a site adjacent to Tokyu Harvest Club Kyoto Takagamine & VIALA, which opened in 2014. The new hotel is planned to open in the autumn of 2021.
The lower area describes senior housing.
Creer-residence Yokohama Tokaichiba opened in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, Grancreer Shibaura and Grancreer Tachikawa will open.
