These are the performance indicators of our real-estate sales agent business.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, which is shown on the upper left on the slide, an increase in the number of transactions in the retail activities and rises in the number of transactions and in the average handling price in the wholesale activities contributed to a year-on-year increase in revenue.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, on the right in the lower area, the number of transactions is expected to fall both in the retail and wholesale activities.
