Now, I would like to describe operating revenue and operating profit in each segment.
As the top graph shows, operating revenue increased 61.3 billion yen year on year, chiefly reflecting an increase in sales of buildings for investors and revenue from new properties that started to be operated in the Urban Development segment and a rise in the number of condominium units posted in the Residential segment.
The operating profit presented in the bottom graph decreased 0.9 billion yen from the previous year chiefly as a result of weak performance at facilities in the Wellness segment due to the spread of the coronavirus, despite an increase in the number of condominium units posted in the Residential segment and the contribution of new properties that started to be operated in the Urban Development.
