This slide shows the status of our initiatives in overseas operations.
Last year we started posting the two projects of BRANZ BSD and BRANZ Simatupang as shown on the left. We plan to continue posing properties in the fiscal year ending March 2020 .
In North America, the construction of 425 Park Avenue is also in progress in Manhattan, New York, toward completion in the fiscal year ending March 2020. We have signed lease contracts for approximately 55% of the units in this property.
