These are the performance indicators of our real-estate agent business.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, which is shown at the upper left on the slide, there was an increase in revenue mainly due to a rise in the number and volume of transactions and average selling price in the retail section and an improvement in commission rates for wholesale sales.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, on the right in the lower part, we continue to expect an increase in revenue based on growth in the number and volume of transactions, mainly in retail sales.
