The next page is about the Takeshiba District Development Plan (tentative name), which is due to start operating in FY2020.
Takeshiba has approximately 28,000 tsubo of leased office space, which will be the office building with our largest leased floor area.
We are planning to lease the office space to SoftBank Group Corporation and SoftBank Corporation.
The conceptual image on the left depicts the business building and we are also promoting the housing building. We are close to making lease agreements for the commercial section on the lower floors of the office building.
