I will now introduce our major projects other than those in the Greater Shibuya Area.
Six months have passed since the opening of Tokyu Plaza Ginza, which took place at the end of March. This property has been operated steadily almost as planned, covered by a large number of media as a large-scale commercial facility that is rare in the Ginza area.
The project shown on the right is the Urban Regeneration Step Up Project (Takeshiba District), whose construction commenced in May. It is a large-scale development project consisting mainly of offices, whose site is located near JR Hamamatsu-cho Station.
It is designated as a specified project of the National Strategic Special Zones, and is scheduled to commence operation in fiscal 2020.
In the Takeshiba Project, we plan to build a pedestrian deck, a flat deck that will link Hamamatsu-cho Station and Takeshiba Station.
This is expected to enable the significant improvement of access between the project site and Hamamatsu-cho Station, which are currently divided by the Metropolitan Expressway.
