I will now provide an overview of our segment performance forecast.
We expect that two segments, Contracted Construction and Retail Sales, will record higher revenues and income from the previous year, while the Real Estate Sales segment will post lower revenues and higher income. Three segments, Property Management, Facility Operations and Real Estate Agents, are expected to record higher revenues and lower income, and the Leasing of Real Estate segment anticipates lower revenues and income.
