The following is an overview of upcoming major projects for hotels and healthcare facilities, as well as Tokyu Stay's operation status.
The upper section is an introduction of major projects.
Sales of memberships in the Tokyu Harvest Club, including Tokyu Harvest Club VIALA Karuizawa Retreat, which opened in October 2023, are progressing steadily.
In addition, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya, an extended stay hotel, is scheduled to open at Shibuya Sakura Stage in February 2024.
The lower left-hand side shows the occupancy status of Tokyu Stay.
Due to a recovery in inbound demand and other factors, RevPAR in December 2023 reached a record high.
