I will now begin to explain GROUP VISION 2030.
It has been one year since I became the President and CEO. After a year of dealing with the crisis of the pandemic, we decided that the next management plan should not be a conventional accumulation-type plan, but rather a discussion of where we want our group to be from a backcast perspective.
Our long-term vision, GROUP VISION 2030, which I will explain in a moment, was created through discussions in order to design a management compass for how we want to be and where we are going in this age of changing values, uncertainty and unpredictability.
Let me explain the slogan of our vision, "WE ARE GREEN.“
“WE ARE GREEN" is based on green, the corporate color of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation, and uses gradation to represent the diversity of the Group's businesses and human resources, expressing our commitment to using the power of diverse greens to realize our vision for 2030.
