The Property Management business, mainly operated by Tokyu Community Corporation, is characterized by its knowhow in the management of a wide range of assets in addition to condominiums and office buildings.
“HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE” scheduled to open in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and "Yoyogi Koen Park-PFI Project” (tentative name) are case examples of properties entrusted.
Leveraging the knowhow, we will continue to expand our management stock and stable earnings.
