This is the status of our Logistics Facility business.
As of March 31, 2022, we are engaged in a total of 16 projects: 4 properties in operation and 12 properties under development. Our investment balance is 42.8 billion yen and the total floor space of all properties following completion will be 1,208,000 ㎡.

The Group has been working with business partners to convert abandoned farmland into highly productive agricultural land and site for logistics facilities, which will create new business opportunities.
In addition to creating business opportunities, we will also contribute to addressing the social issue of restoring abandoned farmlands.
