This is a map of our major projects in the “Greater Shibuya area,” which constitutes the key area of the Group.
The Jinnan 1 Chome Block was added as a new project.
Currently a redevelopment preparation association is being formed. A project schedule and details of the property, etc. will be decided afterward.
It is located on Koen-dori, a focal point for culture of Shibuya in the Greater Shibuya area. We will promote the business by leveraging the geographical advantage of being located halfway between Shibuya and Harajuku.
We also have multiple projects underway for our future lineup as well.
