This is the status of our property management stock.
The number of condominiums under management in the upper column was 852,000 units as of December 31, 2021, indicating a steady increase of approx. 12,000 units over the end of the previous fiscal year.
The number of buildings and other properties under management in the lower column has also been increasing steadily since the end of the previous fiscal year, reaching 1,669 properties as of December 31, 2021.
