This is a sales index for real estate agents.
As shown on the upper left, the number of transactions and the number of transactions increased significantly in the first quarter, partly as a reaction to the temporary closing or reduction in operating hours.
Especially, these index of retail exceeded that of the previous 2 fiscal years.
As for the plan for FY2021, right at the bottom, we will aim to exceed the level of FY2019 in addition to FY2020.
