This is a map of the Group’s development projects in the Greater Shibuya area, which is the priority area of the Group.
The Daikanyamacho Project (tentative name), which is located in a flagship location near Daikanyama Station, has begun construction work.
In addition to rental housing, we are planning to use offices and commercial facilities in combination for this property, but regardless of individual uses, home work and play styles will make the entire facility a place of living.
We will propose new lifestyles that are seamlessly combined.
We have several projects in the works for the future lineup.
