Let me now describe the development of new facilities in the Facility Operations segment.
We opened Arima rokusai, new Harvest Club facilities, in March 2010.
The facilities have a VIALA annex. (VIALA is a brand for higher-grade Harvest Club facilities.) Contracts have been made for 60% of the facilities at the end of September.
We have nine senior housing facilities in areas served by Tokyu railway lines and in Takaido and Seijo.
Grancreer Seijyo, which opened in September, is a senior housing complex featuring rental apartments exclusively for healthy elderly people and pay assisted-living nursing homes. |
