I will be moving on to land for condominiums sales.
The bar graph shows the book value of land for condominiums acquired by the parent company by fiscal year.
The total book value of land for condominiums acquired at the end of September was ¥71.6 billion.
The graph shows that the book value of the land for condominiums acquired in FY2006 and FY2007 declined, although profitability worsened, reflecting revisions of sales prices.
We began to acquire land for condominiums aggressively in the previous fiscal year, based on a policy of acquiring land from which we expect appropriate margins. In the first six months of FY2010, we acquired 1,293 units worth about ¥15.0 billion.
We are going to continue to acquire land for condominiums in the second half and plan to invest about ¥40.0 billion in the entire year. |
