Let me describe the properties that we are developing.
In the fiscal year ending March 2011, Totsuka Tokyu Plaza opened in April and is performing well.
We have begun taking contracts for leasing Kasumigaseki Tokyu Building, which will open soon, and we have tenants informally determined for about 20% of its rentable space.
Tenants have concluded an agreement for almost 100% of the rentable space of the Futako Tamagawa rise office, which will also open soon. Similarly, tenants have been determined also for almost 100% of the Futako Tamagawa rise shopping center, which is scheduled to open in March 2011.
We plan to renovate the former Nittochi Shibuya Building, in which we decided to invest through an SPC in October, and to open it within this fiscal year. Although the building is small, it is close to the head office of the Company, Shibuya Place, and Shibuya Square.
The Abeno redevelopment project, which will open early in the next fiscal year, has been named Abeno Market Park Q's MALL. Tenants for almost 100% of the rentable space have concluded an agreement.
Starting the period under review, the Minamiaoyama 3-chome project is listed as a project for the fiscal year ending March 2012.
The Jingumae project is presented as the Omotesando project from the period under review.
