Next, we look at performance by segment. Overall, both revenue and profit increased from the same period last year, but this was due entirely to two segments: Leasing of Real Estate and Property Management. Three segments experienced declining revenue but increasing profits (Contracted Construction, Resorts, and Real Estate Agents and Other Businesses) and two segments experienced both declining revenue and declining income (Real Estate Sales and Retail Sales).
