We will now briefly explain Shibuya Solasta, which was completed in March of this year.
This project is the development of a whole block and properties including the previous headquarters of the Company.
It is one of the projects for which funds raised through the issuance of green bonds will be used, featuring the property of a high-level environmental performance that received the highest “S” CASBEE ranking, and the highest “5 Stars” DBJ Green Building ranking.
